Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time it takes to process and package your order before it is shipped.  The Overlook Gals  operates on a 5-14 business day processing time depending on the order unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and The Overlook Gals.

Shipping Time

• Shipping times may very based on the individual item. Shipping will be sent to the customer when appropriate.

The Overlook Gals is not responsible for:

• US Postal Service Delays
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages.  Please contact the shipping carrier support with these issues.

Tracking Information

Emailed to the email address provided on the invoice. 

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.  Buyer will be contacted via email.  Re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and need to be re-paid before the package is shipped again.
